my IA so far

so far, its pretty ok, after the initial gruelling period. juz going through the motions and awaiting the end date on june 8th. think i shall relate one particular incident. mixing of ink in bulk quantity.

yeah, there's a procedure sheet to follow, like how much ink/powder/chemical/additives to add in specific
quantities and the speed the mixture should be mixed at using a mixer.

and i screwed up the first time round. instead of the 5kg im supposed to get, i got more than 6kg. means i have added in extra from somewhere. expected, i got scolded big time for wasting the ingredients. got a 2nd chance to get it right the next day. and whew, this time, everything was done perfectly.

imagine the drastic consequences if i screw up again.

we use these 4 types to clean equipment from the chemicals, adhesive, and other shit.

starting from IPA (iso propyl alcohol). its the weakest. followed by acetone. better la, but not as good as MEK (methyl ethyl ketone). much stronger. in fact, its the preferred washing agent among us. but it stinks really.

finally, the best of all, which is universal screen wash. the number 1 killer. and its lethal.
